Leaked
They seem thick and well made, the waist fit well, but the legs weren’t snug enough - urine ran right out of the leg holes. Probably good for someone with larger thighs.

Fewer leaks
These are more pricey than the Depends I had been purchasing for my elderly mother but they leak less.

Very disappointed
So disappointed! I believe it says it can hold up to 4 or 5 cups of water. I take care of my 85 year old cousin with Alzheimer. I use overnight depends with a guard in it. Most of the time he wakes up totally wet in clothes so thought this would be great. I even used a guard pad for extra measure. Not only was it completely soaked and so were his clothes. Darn it!

Womens Diapers are the best I've found. More like underwear very absorbent and very soft.
