Great for starters. Very well made and solid. Handle and shape is excellent.

I've had this product for about a year and use it almost daily. It's still as good as new and Ideal for weight training. I found the grip good, no smell and the weights are stable on the floor either on their ends or on their sides. Please note that you do need to turn them to the larger surface of their polygonal shape when laid on their side if you're stacking other weights on top when you have completed the workout. In my case I stack 2x 8kg dumbbells on my pro iron 2x 12kg dumbbells and everything is stable if I make sure the 12kg bells are on their widest edge. They're good for floor presses to as they can be stood steady on their ends before lifting. I use mine for squats, floor presses and related exercises and they're perfect.In short: Excellent quality, no smell, good grip and non slip: recommended!

Bought for hubby as I was sick of him leaving his weights all over the floor,fits his hex weights fine but not his removable weight dumbbells.
