I chose this hair dryer because it had the type of diffuser I was looking for, and I like the fact that it has a five year warranty. However, it is very loud and the low speed setting has a bit too much force for getting well defined curls.

A great hairdryer, good long flex and we'll balanced. Sets long thick hair in very good time so very pleased.

I bought this product to replace a hairdryer I’d had for about 20 years, it seems new hairdryers only come with 2/3 speed settings and the lowest setting on this hairdryer is not suitable for the diffuser for anyone with fine hair, as it just blows it away, you can’t get your hair near it! This may in part also be because the diffuser is so tiny, my old diffuser is much bigger and so even though my old hairdryer had a slightly lower speed the air was also dispersed over a wider area. So to sum up the lowest speed being too high and the diffuser being so small means it’s not fit for purpose for use with the diffuser. May be better for someone with thicker heavy hair, but doubtful. For use with the concentrator nozzle I’m sure its probably be a good hairdryer.

I got this in the sale after Christmas with a big discount. Very happy with it for my curly hair. Gentle enough so as to keep the curls soft and not frizzy.

It’s been a month that I bought this product.It’s a solid powerful hairdryer with nice build quality. However the packaging was opened and the components were wrapped by sandwich paper which was odd.
