Love this slide

I started by emailing the company when my 4 & 9 yr old grandchildren complained of hitting their bottom on the side of the inground pool when sliding. The company informed me that that would not happen if properly inflated- and sent pictures on how to inflate! It does happen- I have had many inflatable slides on the side of my 30x40 pool and NEVER had a problem with any of them! So, this is not my first rodeo with pool slides- I am very unhappy that the lady from the company was very adamant that this would not happen. The pool slide also has deflated many times and completely deflated yesterday- with discovering a split at the bottom of the side piece. I do not have anyone but 2- 9 year olds and 2- 4 year old using this slide. My son is trying to patch so I can’t send a picture of the totally deflated slide. DO NOT BUY THIS - you will be wasting money and the company will not help you try to solve the problem. I do not like to waste my money on a product whose company does not uphold their product. It would not let me submit without a star rating- that’s the only reason it has a 1.

It was better than expected! The kids loved it ! They were able to go 2 at a time and even the grown ups went on the slide with no problems ! It looks great and is very durable!

Family love the slide but water leak was a big problem so we returned it in efforts to get another that didn't leak (defect at the hose connection ) and was only refunded half of what I paid for it for a Restocking Fee. This is bad Customer Service. I shouldn't have to loose my money for a defected product. I should be over compensated for the inconvenience to having to pack this thing back up and ship it back.

The vinyl material seems good. I simply splashed some water on it and my 8yr old had no issue sliding down it multiple times. It does have a water hose hookup but I don’t want unfiltered cold water going into the heated pool. I may get a cheap pump and a short hose to use with this so it can siphon pool water and use that to lubricate the sliding surface. I had zero issues with blowing it up. It had nice valves so it doesn’t leak out while filling it up with air. I will say it took a good 10 minutes to fill the main slide area up because you need a 3/4” nozzle to hook up to your air pump since it doesn’t come with one. I used a pancake air compressor for the three smaller sections that had a small valve and I used a Greenworks battery powered air compressor since it had the large nozzle adapter. We’ll see how it withstands a 20 kid pool party and report back.
