Temeric cupsul for health.Excellent product I love it.

I've been a long-term fan of ashwagandha for its anti-anxiety and stress-relieving effects after reading the research on Examine.com, and now because I'm a runner, I've also recently started taking turmeric, curcumin, and ginger for anti-inflammation. Previously I would purchase these supplements separately at a relatively high cost. With this supplement, however, it works out much cheaper and far more convenient and you get all the associated benefits of taking them at the correct amounts together. But it's not just that, this company is one of the best out there. I've ordered many supplements from them over the years and have never been dissapointed.

Adding Ashwagandha to the already great Turmeric supplement is genius. Having been through a bit of a stressful time, this great addition to the Nutravita range has helped with some recent sleep issues I was having and helped normalise my sleep patterns. As always easy to swallow and no aftertaste at all. Great product.

Being a woman of a certain age, who also has an autoimmune disease which means my thermostate is pretty much ruined. I have spent much of the last 15 years "running hot"Researching Hashimoto, and discovering my body has been inflamed for much of this time, I have tried multiple medications and supplements. None of which havd worked. Until now. 2 weeks of taking this supplement and I'm sat here in my pj's with a fluffy dressing gown, because I'm cold. And it's marvelous!! I can already feel my joints relaxing. My body sighing in relief. I truly hope these continue to work their magic.

When this product came to the Vine list, I thought I would give it a try. I have taken turmeric in the past, but this provides the active ingredient of Tumeric, Curcumin. It also includes black pepper for better absorption. I have used this combination before and it is very effective. The % of the active ingredient in this tablet is good. It is strong and absorbable compared to many of its competitors. It really is a very impressive formulation for the price and most importantly it works. Any joint pain I had has eased and it also helps protect the brain and boosts immunity.This is a great anti-inflammatory tablet. If you suffer from inflammation, give it a try as the formula should help you. Recommended.
