No more bugs, mosquitos, flies or spiders
It took about 2 minutes to clean the window frame, let dry for 20 minutes and install it another 20 minutes. must:1) mark the place where you want to attach the net to the edge of the window frame.2) Gradually glue the tape to the window frame3) cut 2 pieces of about 2 inches from the piece of plastic4) take the mosquito net and fit it over the pieces already glued on the window frame and then secure it near the top corners with the two small pieces of plastic already cut5) start to catch the plastic over the mosquito net, bending it slightly outwards until it clicks on the already glued side. the plastic is cut carefully when you reach the corners. this is repeated on all sides.6) remove the excess net with a cutter or scissors.7) the 4 corners in the package are easily to attach.success! it is very easy to do it and the net is 100% efficient.

A good temporary solution to mosquitoes etc
I recently purchased the Window Nets Adjustable DIY Magnetic and have been pleasantly surprised with its performance. The netting itself offers great protection against pesky bugs and insects, and the magnetic feature is incredibly useful. The installation process was relatively easy, and the adjustability of this product makes it a versatile fit for different window sizes. However, a small point to note is that the corners aren't the most durable. On occasion, they come out, especially if tugged or if the window is opened and closed frequently. But with a bit of care, this is a manageable issue. Overall, I believe it's a great product for its value and would still recommend it for those looking for an effective and adaptable window net solution.

Great screen
It took me ages to put mine up because I was worried I would make a mess of doing it however, it's not that difficult once you follow the instructions. It's been up a few months now and has worked a treat.

Good quality
Good quality magnetic window screen with white PVC frame. The mesh is excellent quality and the adhesion on the strip is strong - just make sure you’ve clean and thoroughly dried the area before you start. This is a bit more fiddly to fix than my other window and door screens because of the slot fitting and top frame. However, the instructions are detailed and it was easy to do. Personally, I’m not a fan of the white frame on the top because there’s too many colours - black strip, grey mesh and white frame. The frame does make it easier to open the screen but it would look better if it was black or grey.Tips - if you’re window handles stick out then the screen will be stretched out when the window is closed, eventually it will pull the adhesive away from the frame. This happens with all screens over time and can’t be helped as your handles stick out. It’s best to over cut the size and trim it after than trying to cut the exact size. If you have roller blinds make sure there is room to fit the screen - we didn’t account for this and wasn’t able to fit this screen in my son’s bedroom. At £21.99 this is good value for money for a sturdy framed fly screen. Just make sure to measure your window carefully before ordering

An option for prevent insects getting into your house
Much as I like it when the weather gets sunnier, it does bring with it the issue of the house getting hotter, sometimes unbearably so. While an obvious solution is to open a window, this isn’t without its own issues as it means various creepy crawlies can creep in. That doesn’t particularly bother me but the frequent calls from the wife and kids to remove something that’s flown in can get tiresome, especially if it’s in the middle of the night.Looking for a solution I decided to give this Magnetic Fly Screen from MOEGFY a go. The kit contains the mesh netting, fixings, mounting magnetic strip, slotted magnetic strip and white PVC strip.I’m not sure if it’s just me but the printed instruction sheet the screen was supplied with didn’t seem 100% clear so I ended up referring back to the diagram in the images for the product listing on Amazon, although installation is reasonably straightforward. After cleaning the window frame you apply the magnetic mounting strip around the opening. Next, you put the slotted magnetic strip on top of the mounting strip. You put the mesh in place by first cutting off some short lengths of the PVC strip to hold it still while you apply the full PVC strip. With that on you can then trip the mesh and then add the corner pieces. Finally you have to apply two “windproof clips” near the top of the screen.Once you’ve got the instructions clear in your mind it’s pretty straightforward to install this, although it’s not without some small issues. Firstly, if you’re fussy like I am you may not be terribly happy with how straight the frame looks, so you may want to be extra careful how you apply the magnetic mounting strip. Second, while I used some decent scissors to trim the mesh the edge was still quite rough and I’ll probably have to have another go at it with a sharp knife. Finally, I’m not sure what the purpose of the “windproof clips” is - they just seem to fall off whenever I lift the mesh up to open or close my window.Overall, I think if you’re looking for a reasonably budget option and don’t mind spending the time to make sure the magnetic strip is installed squarely and the mesh is cleanly trimmed at the edge, this set is ok. However, it’s not the only option, there are velcro equivalents that are a bit cheaper and versions made by blind companies that are more expensive but also more professional looking in their results.
