I installed both the hot water and cold water line. The Teflon tape they provided was not enough so I had to buy some more. The instructions were clear and I could finish the install in 2 hrs or so. I wish it came in an ivory/cream color, the harsh white doesn't fit my toilet bowl but i wanted to get this model because it had the hot water line. The nozzle cleaning function is pretty handy too.

I purchased the Hibbent Bidet attachment for our toilet. The installation was quite simple. The hot line was easily threaded through a small hole at the vanity side. Running behind the drawer inside the cabinet and attaching to the hotwater line. Using it was very easy. There is a definite learning of the correct pressure and temperature for personal use. It may take a moment for the warm water to come through, we just run the warm basin tap for a couple of seconds. I have found using the cold isn't too unpleasant anyway. When you sit , the only knob to turn is the center one for the pressure. You will soon find the correct position where the spray of water hits the spot! You may need to lean forward a tiny bit, moving side to side ( I'm talking minute movement) to spray further around. We haven't used toilet paper since.i bought about 24 face clothes. We keep a small stack of facecloths ( different color than our shower ones) to wipe . There is only clean water to wipe after , if using the bidet properly. We both use a clean cloth each time , then into the bin for the next towel wash. I wish we had got it sooner., very pleased.

Works really well. Has great features like cleaning feature. Great value. The water controls work well. Highly recommended.

I have been using this bidet for five months and it has worked flawlessly. Only wished I had purchased sooner. It was easy to install. My only complaint is the bumpers. Why only three when you need four? And the bumpers were not high enough so I order height-adjustable bumpers from Luter which work perfectly.
