Good cinnamon flavor for candy
I use this to make super hot cinnamon hard candy. I double up and use two bottles for 1/2 batch. I up the heat by adding Saigon cinnamon powder and hot pepper powder. This oil gives the candy good flavor. I add it to gummies as well.
