I see a lot of one star reviews on this product. The reason it's it's not pop the supplement and go product. You have to do your part. It's a dietary supplement designed to improve blood flow and circulation. Let's get that out of the way. First off you have to be active or live an active lifestyle for this to work like it should. You have to eat right cut out all the junk. You have to stay hydrated. It does help with lazy ED. Again you have to do your part. For men you have to exercise certain parts of the body and include said exercises in your workout routine. It does improve blood flow in your neither regions. As a result you gain stamina, it helps make intimacy more enjoyable. it doesn't increase size, it's not supposed to. It's to help with blood flow and helps with achieving the desired results to your workout routine. During a 10 or 12 hr work day you have more energy and endurance. It also helps with energy, you are not foggy headed in the morning. It helps keep you focused as well.
