Wow! Better than I expected! I am very impressed
This is the first mini–PC I purchased. I was very skeptical about it given its low cost. I have to honestly say that I am impressed. Some of the things I like about it are:*It comes with Windows 11 Pro installed and activated.*It did not include bloatware. In fact, it included only what was necessary, the OS and necessary software.*It has such a small footprint compared to conventional desktop PC's. You can put it on any desk with minimal space used. A bonus if you are a minimalist.*It has a VESA mounting bracket. I believe you can install it to a monitor’s VESA mount.*It runs cool and very quiet! I've yet to hear the fans even when doing CPU intensive tasks.*I have it connected to a power meter. It maxes out at about 40 watts. Most of the time, it runs less than 20 Watts. Compared to my Alienware laptop that uses over 100 watts most of the time.*The Wi-Fi 6 network adapter is super quick.*It includes Wake on Lan that I use a lot!*It is very easy to open it for accessibility to the internals.*The SSD and RAM can be upgraded. It includes one available bay for a 2.5" drive.*It boots up quickly.*I can do all my productivity tasks, and it is plenty quick.*The included 16GB of RAM is sufficient to do most things.*I contacted their support department and received responses every time. Some things I wish it had:*A 2.5Gb Ethernet adapter.*The included power adapter is sufficiently small, but it would be nice if it were integrated into the PC.*If you are a heavy gamer, this is not the PC for you. Although, you *can* do light gaming. For the cost and performance, I would definitely recommend this impressive mini-PC.

Does everything at half the price of a tower PC.
It does everything I need for casual use. It was easy to set up. I love the small size. I'm replacing my big tower unit that had an SSD HD. This little PC is noticeably faster at startup. I wish it had one more USB port. I'm using the 4: mouse, keyboard, printer, and camera. I also have a speaker bar that I had plugged into my old tower.

Great Mini PC for Linux
I purchased 2 of the “SER5 Pro Mini” for media consumption and web browsing.. The small size and mounting options make them easy to ‘hide” from view.My units came with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, 32GB DDR4 ram, and a 500GB M.2 NVMe SSD.The units did come with Microsoft Windows 11, but I wiped the drives and installed Linux. Any Debian based Linux distro will work great on these units and installs in minutes. Boot/reboot time with Linux is less than 30 seconds. So far, this little machine is snappy and fast. At 1/3 the cost of most laptops, these systems are ideal. The amount of CPU power you get is insane for the price, and for our use case is absolutely perfect. The graphics are integrated (not dedicated), so AAA gaming would be questionable.Highly recommend if your use case is similar to ours. 5/5

Fast and quiet
Got it on holiday deal and it’s a great PC. I mounted it on the back of the Acer 21” touchscreen monitor and made myself a huge tablet. It does get a bit hot but the heat sinks are working well so far. I don’t have too many apps running so far but it is pretty fast so far. The DisplayPort option is a huge plus for this model and USB 3.1 ports also great to have faster data transfers. Equipped for 3 displays, which might come in handy later, but for now it is working perfectly for what I was trying to build; a huge touchscreen pc/tablet.

Very nice pc in a compact size
I purchased this to replace an older tower unit without Bluetooth and ,wireless. With all the current upgrades on this device it was a breeze to setup and use. I was apprehensive about windows 11 but so far it’s pretty seamless transfer. The Ryzen 5 processor has plenty of zip to do office work, browsing and some games.Follow up 3 months later; The USB ports seem flakey at times requiring a reboot to bring them back to working order. Bee-Link support was good but be advised that if the unit needs to be returned for repair, it needs to be returned to China, no help from Amazon.

Super impressive
From a desktop, to a laptop, to a mini pc. I was looking for a rig for my wife and I to use at home, and I did not wanted to spend an arm or a leg. $150-$300 was my budget. I've done many comparisons between different mini pc's and this one suited our needs. Now, I'm no tech wizard but I know a thing or two about computers and this mini pc beats my desktop and laptop combined and those were gaming rigs. Don't worry, we don't game on this. We have our consoles to cover that. It's not really meant to play AAA games at all, maybe smaller games here and there but you won't get the performance you want to play those games. This small machine was really meant to handle every day daily work like multitasking, office work, browsing, photo/video, and social media. No gaming. Although I did try Splitgate, had to adjust settings from ultra to medium graphics. It ran fine, but it lagged a ton and it was almost impossible to play it. Then I tried Sims 4, it runs nicely, but crashes every once a while, and lastly, CarX. CarX is a car drifting simulator, and that ran perfectly fine. No lag, no fps drops, no tears, no nothing and that was on high settings. Now back to the pc itself, the performance of the computer is absolutely insane. For the work I do, I'm going to be upgrading the ram and ssd to a 32GB and 1TB very soon. It's not necessary, but I want more memory and performance out of the mini pc. I updated windows, all of the drivers, and had the pc on for 6 hours straight, running Spotify, Youtube, Internet Explorer with 5 tabs open, Discord, and still ran fast as heck! Jumping from one task to another is a breeze! Again, I'm no tech wizard so I can't get technical with the specs. All I know is, get yourself one of these. You will not regret it!

Great Desktop, price, size and power.
Great desktop, size and power. Purchased it for office work and I will definitely buy additional ones. I can't say for games but I can see it working very well for casual games.
