The end result produces great results. Much better than similar pans with smaller holes. Also great for reheating leftovers---pizza and other food products, such as meats, bakery products, vegetables, and the like---(reheat at 300F). Produces a crisper pizza crust vs using the solid pan. (A pan is needed when cooking pizza in a Breville oven. You don't want to allow drippings to fall onto the glass heating tubes). I also use this pan to bake oven fries---works great---no need to turn the fries, half way thru the baking cycle. Better results over using a solid pan. The holes in the pan allow heat to pass thru for a crisper product. Also works great in a conventional baking oven. Two or more of these pans can be used to bake multiple pizzas at the same time. When baking a product that produces drippage, place a larger size shallow lipped pan in the lower section of the oven to catch drippage. The non-stick finish makes for easy and for quick clean-up. Use the "BLUE" colored "synthetic" cleaning pads, to clean heavier matter that may adhere to the pan, to avoid damage to the coated surface. The coarse "green" colored pads will wear off the coated surface. If a scraper is use to remove caked on product, use a "WOOD" tool, DO NOT metal, it will damage the coating. Great product to compliment the Breville oven. PS---when using a convection oven, bake the pizza at 25 degrees lower than the recipe calls for. Convection ovens cook faster than standard bake ovens.

Works well with pizza, egg rolls, anything you need to cook or reheat that you want crispy!

If you have a Breville Oven (by the way, the best oven on the market!), you know it comes with a pizza tray. So why get his one? Well, the tray it comes with is a solid bottom tray. Still the same great coating and all, making clean-up a breeze. (That's true of the crisper as well, of course.) But still a solid bottom. This open weave tray works so much better. It's called a crisper because that is what it does. It makes the pizza a little crisper on the bottom. It does not over-cook the pizza. It does not make it brittle. But it just adds that little bit of crispiness that makes the piece of pizza easier to hold. This is well worth the money. I was surprised to see that the solid-bottom tray and the crisper are the same price. I expected the crisper to cost a little more. I highly recommend it.

So far I have really enjoyed using this pizza crisper. The 13-Inch size is perfect for family meals. The non-stick material is great - pizza comes off easily and cleaning is a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the 1/3-Inch crisper holes worked in keeping my crust crispy! And the fact that it's compatible with my Breville Smart Oven is just the cherry on top. It's been a great investment for my kitchen!

No issues with it so far, used it once a week for about 6 or so months. Works as it should and pizza slides right off without using any oil. The holes help the crust get a bit crispier compared to the one that comes with the BOV800XL. Nice slightly textured bottom from the holes to the crust as well. Pizza comes out perfect using homemade dough and the preset on the oven. No complaints about durability so far. Yes it's a bit thinner but that may be what is helping the crust get done perfectly. I'll probably buy it again if this one wears out.

This works great for pizza in my Breville oven. The pan that came with the oven has no holes so the crust comes out too soft. This pan resolves the issue and the non-stick coating makes it easy to clean. Note: As with all pans with non-stick coatings, do not use metal utensils with this pan or the coating will be destroyed.

I have been a breville smart oven owner for 5 years.( love that too ). I never order this crisper tray until I was watching a show on convection ovens and it DAWNED on me ........Hey I have one of those .. so why aren't my pizza's and etc not as crisp?..So went in search and found the Made for Breville crisper tray. Well ordered the darn thing and after arrival put it through its paces 1.) Made home made french fries... MY WORD>> THEY CAME OUT CRISP and BROWN just like out of the fryer.. 2.) Re-heat 1/2 steak sandwich from restaurant from the night before. and we go a Fresh and Crisp Sandwich, just like we had the night before at the restaurant 3.) Frozen breaded chicken tenders - again nice and crisp and brown.. ( I am now really getting excited about this tray) 4.) Frozen Pizza............. YES YES YES........ crisp bottom soft ooey gooey cheese on top... w that nice crisp bottom I am super Happy....... this simple tray has added another dimension to the use of my Breville Smart Oven now planning on trying some home made baked( crisp) onion rings and sweet potato fries.. If they work as well as the rest of the items we will have a happy home with all our favorites but now in a healthy manner.. Love Love Love this Crisper..

This works great, cooks the crust perfectly, cleans up easy, great size!

I put my frozen sweet potato fries on this in the breville toaster oven on convection and they come out crispy! I was going to invest in an air fryer but had read this works well, and it does!

Short experience, but seems to serve the desired need and work well for intended purpose. Original Breville accessory part, so it should do so. No indication of performance problems so far. although not much to go wrong.

One of my best investments - incredible, crispy thin crust pizzas, Once baked they slip over the rim with no sticking whatsoever and the finish is so clean, it barely needs a wipe. Healthier pizzas at a fraction of delivery price.

Very satisfied with the crisper...works great with my Breville Smart Oven Pro... Probably would never buy it again as it is great quality and should last a long time!

Great solid pan. I just wish it was a little larger.
