Fits good and is a Sturdy product.
I’ve bought this item before on a different amazon account. It comes with the gasket and o-ring for the cover, and 3 new bolts for the stator itself. The reason why I bought this item again is because I recently slid off my bike and had to order a new cover. Thankfully this cover was able to withstand the impact and slide. no major damages to the inner components and did not leak any oil. Allowed me to safely ride back home and get it fixed. This item holds its structure well and is a solid replacement if needed. And has some style on the cover with the GSXR print on the side which I really like to. Durability: Survived my fall and impact Quality: Matches the OEM style fitment Value for money: Compared to others it comes with the gasket and O-rings

Leaks from 2 different places
Leaks from the bleed screw on the side. Also leaks from where top 3 bolts go in. Will have to remove those and apply silicone or gasket maker.

Please find a flat file and file the edges before they end up in your motor.
Update: I ordered an oem oring for idler cover came in and compared the two. Oem is slightly wider and thicker it also covers the groves completely vs the oring that comes with cover. I’ll save that for emergencies. Tested oem and it’s even firmer to press in. So again grab an oem starter cover oring from partzilla. Order two as shipping is more than oring. 8 dollars and change. The version I got Gsxr-4 I think it was. Looks just like stock. Avoid the GSXR LOGO. LOOKS GOOD but tells folks it’s far from stock. File down the edges as this seems like it came from a mold so pieces break off with just your finger. Spray off with brake cleaner and wipe off. Oring for idler looks like it won’t fit but lube it off with oil and the lip it sits in. Tested this out and it’s a firm press. Guess I got a good one. As for oil port tighten the Allen screw half way down this increases oil jetting like your finger over a garden hose. Not too many turns in. Comes with stator screws so that’s a nice touch. Will install when my Chinese dies and I install my new oem one. So far it’s lasted a year so again I guess I got a good one too. Install I add black/grey silicone to the engine side with finger not thick just enough to cover paper thin to help gasket stay. Then a paper thin on stator cover. Always works never a leak. Allow to tack off before applying. As for gasket. Looks decent but if your too ruff it’ll likely tear. I don’t Oil gaskets should be fine. I recommend new oem bolts since new teeth grab better in threads especially if you’ve done this over 3 times. I’ll have to because one of my idler cover bolts screws but never tightens. Had to use silicone around oring lip as my oring ripped. Still holding up well after a year. So that’s it. It’ll work you just have to address a few issues that machinist didn’t or you’ll have aluminum pieces breaking off in motor. Be careful filing down machine edges. Enjoy. P.S. Now would be the time to add case sliders and just save the shorter bolts for next time. But do get new bolts. Regardless. The gasket is thicker but covers less of surface area as you can see in my pic bolt holes do line up so this may be a decent gasket.
