Really delicious tuna. My generation grew up with I now known as mercury tuna from fan favorites sunkist and bumblebee Tried Safe Catch based on a You tube video on mercury levels and testing policies of tuna companies. Followed it up with internet research. All showed that Safe Catch was virtually mercury-free while both bumble bee and sunkist had very poor testing protocols. With this in mind I took a flyer on Safe catch. Give it a try the taste is amazing and healthy is priceless

I was a little skeptical, being raised on good all StarKiss tuna. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tuna. I think it might have a more mild taste than what we grew up with. I will definitely buy again because of the low mercury. I like to makea salad and then dump a can of this tuna in it. Very delicious and healthy meal.

the best tuna fish ever! Like that you are informed to not drain the liquid because it gets absorbed rather than wasted. Also, the liquid makes the tuna not so dry, low salt available, the brand has the lowest mercury of any other brand, all wild caught, brand includes Elite pure tuna, albacore tuna, pacific pink salmon and ahi yellowfin tuna.
