Great headset
The Jabra Evolve2 75 is a premium headset aimed at professionals, and it largely delivers on that promise. Here's a breakdown:What's great:* Excellent sound quality: Both for calls and music, the sound is clear, balanced, and rich. The noise cancellation is top-notch, effectively blocking out distractions in busy environments. This is crucial for both focusing on work and ensuring clear communication on calls.* Comfort: The headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods. The earcups are plush and don't cause pressure, even after several hours of use.* Connectivity: It connects seamlessly via Bluetooth and also comes with a USB dongle for a more stable connection. Multipoint connectivity is a huge plus, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously (e.g., your computer and your phone).* Battery life: The battery life is impressive, easily lasting a full workday on a single charge.* Build quality: The headset feels well-made and durable. It's clear that Jabra has focused on quality materials.Things to consider:* Price: This is a premium headset with a premium price tag. It's definitely an investment.* Microphone boom arm: While the microphone quality is excellent, the boom arm isn't as flexible as some might prefer. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's worth noting.Overall:The Jabra Evolve2 75 is a fantastic headset for professionals who need excellent sound quality, noise cancellation, comfort, and connectivity. It's a great choice for those who spend a lot of time on calls or need to focus in noisy environments. While the price is high, the performance and features generally justify the cost. If you're looking for a top-of-the-line headset and are willing to pay for it, the Evolve2 75 is definitely worth considering.

Random Ticking sound during Zoom Calls
This replaced my Evolve 75 which stood the test, but was disappointed. Got a random tick tick tick on calls, Jabra don't have a contact email or chat so had to try forums and trial and error, but could not find a solution. The cradle also is not the best design versus the old evolve. Rest much the same, does the job, comfortable, clear etc, but the ticking grrrrr. Will return and switch to Poly Voyager Focus 2 reluctatantly as this is my 3rd Jabra voice kit, and was hoping for much better not worse. Likely a not well thought out design feature from Jabra the ticking but really disable by default if it is and allow customers to turn on if they want to be annoyed.

Great idea but boom mike mute switch is not robust.
I work from home and use a headset most of the day. This is the second one of these headsets I've had that failed just after the warranty expired! The raise the mike to mute function is really helpful but the design is not robust. The boom mike failed on both my headsets. This is a very expensive headset. While it works, it's really great but as they consistently (my wife's just died also) don't last would definitely avoid them!

Disappointingly not as good as the original Evolve 75
My older Jabra Evolve 75 was getting tired so I "upgraded" to the Evolve2 75. Very disappointed. There is some issue which is widely reported whereby the other side just cant hear me - they say I sound like I'm underwater or a robot. I thought this was my internet connection but its the same on the phone too.I seem to notice that if Im connected to my phone (Bluetooth) and my laptop (dongle) then whichever one I connected last is horrendous and nobody can hear me. I sent the first unit back to Jabra because of this but the second one does the same. When it does work its great - but whats the point if I have to faff around turning it on and off every time I get a call and asking my callers to wait whilst I reboot my headset.Come on Jabra - find the issue and either recall or release an update to fix - please!Until then - I would avoid this headset and go for the older one every time.

Disappointed with purchase
Just few months after my 2 yrs warranty, my microphone stopped working. Exactly same thing happened to my husband. Lots of money to pay to keep replacing every two years?
