The media could not be loaded.  Good size. Nice build. But doesn't hold plates. Too lazy to return. I will just figure out a way to lean plates on each other. If I weren't single, usually doing very few dishes daily, I would be motivated enough to return this for one that can hold plates upright.edit: company reached out, asked what they could do to make things right, seemed sincerely concerned with making my purchase a satisfying experience... again, I just decided to keep it... but them reaching out was a really cool thing... so upped my star rating... the build is solid, I'm making it work, and maybe you'll have better luck with different plates...

I actually did really love this product, have owned it for a good 6 months and still working perfectly, easy set up, easy clean, great aesthetic.

Great design, excellent size, for smaller kitchens, with limited counter space. No assembly necessary.
