One hand to open and close
Well made knife and easily operated with one hand. (I’m right handed).

Cool retro gaming design that is also functional.
I bought this knife for the looks, as much as for the functionality. It looks cool with the gaming controller design, but it also works well as an EDC. The button lock works well. It has a very smooth deployment, for easy one handed opening. The handle is a little on the rough side but is still comfortable to hold and the blade shape makes it easy to press down for more controlled cuts. The only negative is that the churl at the back of the blade is a bit shallow. This makes choking up on the blade a bit of a wild adventure.

Great Kizer cormorant
Amazing deal on a usually 100+ dollar knife, amazing action and steel with a high quality fit and finished handle scales on a perfectly sized edc knife with multiple fidgety opening options to make a adhd knife nut like me happy

Nice!!
The media could not be loaded. Honestly I bought this knife because it was on sale for a great price, especially for the quality steel it has. But now I really like it ! I like the button lock and the various opening options. It’s a great all around knife, good EDC. Not too big for the pocket and cuts beautifully. It has ceramic pivot bearings and is quite snappy on the open/ close. It’s too bad Kizer has discontinued it, but I still recommend to any collector or as a gift. Only reason I took away a star is because I feel like the pocket clip will need replaced at some point, and the scales feel a little light weight.

Buy it- super fidgety, smooth opening, high quality steel for less than $60
I have over a dozen pocket knives, including ones from Civivi, CJRB, Kansept/Tenable, Petrified Fish, Kizer, Ganzo and this one is easily my favorite. S35VN is a great all around steel, not super high end anymore but still very good. The edge retention is noticeably better than other steels you'll find in this price range (8,9 &10CR, 14C28N, 12C27, 440C, D2, Nitro-v, D2, 154CM).The opening closing is very smooth, a notch above the other knives I own. The fidgety-ness is great, there's 4 different ways to open the blade, back and front flipper, thumb hole and the button lock. I wasn't a huge fan of the looks of the handle and it held me back from getting it for a while but I'm glad I did. If your hesitant about getting this knife for some reason don't be is a great all around knife and well worth the current price of $55.

Great knife at any price
Great value. For the price, I got s35vn steel, shaving sharp out of the box, no blade play in any direction, and a centered blade. My only gripe is that I'm not a big fan of the cartoony design on the handle. Scales are very grippy and the deep pocket clip feels robust.

A Pleasant Surprise - The EDC Winner
The Kizer Cormorant has become my favorite EDC knife (in record time.) Here are the boxes it checks:- button lock! (something besides liner/frame lock)- super smooth action (bearings and detent are on point)- scratches every deployment itch I have (front, thumb, reverse, back and button) !!!!!!!- unbelievable price for S35VN steel !!!!!!- grippy G10 scales- perfect carry size (very capable, not going to freak anyone out)The ONLY thing I wish was different, is the design on the scales. I honestly didn't find any of the Cormorant models where I preferred the design or colors. But it is a minor thing. This knife has won out as my EDC against the following:- Kershaw Shuffle DIY (love the drivers, but little else)- Kizer C01C Mini S35VN Raffir (such a great blade design and steel, meh liner lock)- Kizer Sparrow S35VN Titanium (love this knife, but "ok" flipper and meh frame lock, wicked reverse flick though)- Kizer HIC_CUP Micarta 154CM (GREAT knife, a close second to the Cormorant, but action not as smooth and no back flipper)- CIVIVI Elementum Nitro-V Wharncliffe G10 (light and SHARP, meh liner lock, weak flipper, bleh thumb stud)- OKNIFE Rubato 2 EDC 154CM Micarta (amazing knife, shape, steel and crossbar lock, feels great opening, wish had other than thumb stud)- Vosteed Raccoon Cleaver Micarta 14C28N (light, sharp, good-looking, corssbar lock, a "good" knife)- CJRB Pyrite Titanium Wharncliffe Button Lock AR-RPM9 (great "gentlemen's" office knife, titanium, thin, great for slacks, sticky button lock)- Miguron M Keryx Green Micarta 14C28N (high value and low cost, GREAT blade shape and steel, sharp, "thunky" opener, satisfying, meh liner lock)

Nice texture and a wonderful blade!
Buy this knife! It is priced at a budget knife, but has premium S35VN steel, which holds an edge and is a strong, corrosion resistant steel good for use as a daily driver or for camping/fishing activities. The G-10 is super flashy and grippy without being excessive. It slides deeply into your pocket and is a great addition to any lay-person or collector. The bade has a nice bevel grind which makes it perfect for slicing, and whether you use it for food or for making feather sticks it's a great fit in the hand and durable. Buy this knife while they last!!!
