Q: What size of fitting should I use fir this cylinder?

The fittings for this cylinder are 6mm metric. I had to get some help getting the right fittings as most that are around here are standard thread.

Q: How many lbs will this lift or push ?

I use my cylinder to crush aluminum cans. The amount of power is dependent upon the max capability of the cylinder as well as the air pressure delivered to the cylinder. The single action valve that I use will easily deliver enough air pressure to crush an aluminum can, and with 5 or 6 cycles will crush an aluminum bottle. Not sure if this will help you, but should lift about 20 - 30 pounds with full air pressure.

Q: Will oil make the piston stick and not move as easily?

in general the supply air should be adding lubricant, check the lines and look for an oil reservoir. If you don't have one, add one. Use the right lubricant called for by the cylinder. Adding lubricant, oil, or grease to the piston often times gets wiped off as the piston retracts against the seals, then builds up dirt and debris in the excess, and eventually causes seal failure in the cylinder.

Q: Is it fully submersible?

It could be submerged but a number of the elements used in the construction means it will rust so I wouldn't recommend it
