Love this stuff. Tastes great and seems to work well--no aches and pains. I am over 50 and workout at the gym 5 days/week. Mix a scoop in a sports bottle with filtered water and drink after cardio and during/after weights. Love that it has creatine in it along with the other goodies.

Taste great and a great value for the cost. Has so many essential ingredients I feel like it is my post workout vitamin vs. just a post workout drink. Helps my muscles, nervous system, and mental energy after a strenuous workout.

Great post workout drink. It would probably cost $200 to buy all the supplements that are in this individually. I take this after workouts or in the evening on non training days. I also take EVL Lean bcca every morning.

I have tried out a lot of different supplements over the years, and I really like the Evlution Recover Mode for having no caffeine, having all of the different ingredients that I look for pre/post workout, and a decent taste and price. Of course there are better prices and tastes out there, but this has creatine, BCAAs, Glutamine, L-Carnitine, Betaine Anhydrous, and Beta Alanine all in one. I use this pre and post workout, since I can't take caffeine or my face starts to feel tingly- not something that I personally enjoy mid-workout. This is my second tub of the Recover Mode, I tried out the grape flavor first but I definitely recommend Blue Raspberry. I will definitely be buying more, just wish the price was a little lower than $1/serving since I take 1.5-2 every workout.

This is a great recovery powder. After a workout you need electrolytes, amino acids and creatine. This post workout powder has all these. Add this powder to a quart of water for a great recovery from a hard workout. I have less muscle pain after using this recovery powder. EVL is a great company. I love all their products.

You can't find a supplement mix with the same number of ingredients for anywhere near the same price. Tastes fine, gets boring after a while but they have good variety. I added my own creatine to the mix. Saw results, felt great, and didn't have problems with soreness after daily workouts unless I really killed it that day.

Had a terrible reaction to this - headaches, swelling in my throat and diaphragm, and nausea. Tastes bad too. Has not happened with another supplement before. It may be personal.

I was super excited to try this stuff but unfortunately the seal was broken and powder was all up under the lid so I'm returning it. ...... Okay, I'm a reluctant person so I exchanged the first purchase and reordered it because like I said I was excited about it. This time the seal was fine. The product dissolves well and tastes awesome. I'm happy with it. ....... Okay, so I've been using it now for a few days and what started from one star, turned to 3 stars, now is being upgraded to 5 stars. I was upset about the first product being sent to me damaged but I'm a forgiving person and this product is really good. Packed with really great ingredients, I got blue raz which tastes delicious. Definitely helps me to feel recovered after a good workout. EVL all the way.

I'm a VERY picky person when it comes to beverages so I rarely can handle these things. But I decided to give this one a shot and not only is the taste tolerable, it works. I can move the next day without any soreness. I probably water mine down a bit more than they recommend but it still works great. I would recommend this product.

Great taste, this is the closest as you'll get to Post Jym, which is why I like it. Some ingredients are under-dosed, but this is the best post-workout on amazon.

Not sure about the single 1 star review... I wasn't compensated to review this but felt like it needed it. I like this product and it renews my energy after a hard workout session at the gym. It tastes great too so it's something to look forward to between working out and the long cardio session to follow. Worth it, in my opinion!

Love this product and take it after every workout. Highly recommend it.
