how much sand do I get?

Depends on the size of the item. Most jewerly size things, 10 pounds. Something the size of a mans hand, 20-30 pounds.

how to rejuvenate this sand?

Do not use water to rejuvenate Petrobond as it's an oil based sand. I've used same sand literally hundreds of times and just throw it back into the muller (mixer) with a few drops of straight weight non-detergent motor oil.

Can you use it more than one time

Yes you can use it until it gets too dry. So you can keep it moist by keeping it in a plastic (I keep mine in quart food storage bags. I keep it in the house all the time so it doesn't freeze. If it gets too dry to pack in your fist, you can add a few drops of linseed oil in it. Don't use very much keep on the dryer side. It shouldn't be too dry so it won't pack. Have fun with it, my sand must be about 4 or 5 years old and still works well. Ted.
