I ordered this product to reload some nontoxic .410 shotshells in an older piece. I haven't tested any loads with this yet, but the shot I was sent roughly measured to about #6. Being able to buy a pound instead of commiting to a 10lb shot bag certainly makes load development a little more cost effective.
