When your puppy likes your controllers.....
My 9 month old GSD, loves my controllers, leave them out and, well, you need this kit to fix the buttons that were chewed off. Much cheaper then a new dog!

Awesome kit! With a few caveats.
I’ve been loving my eXtremeRate gear so far! This is my 3rd purchase of their products, the first two being the metal joysticks (as seen in picture) and the clicky button kit. Originally I wanted the metal buttons, but was put off by the repulsive “bullet” appearance. Next best alternative were these, with their simple, blank appearance which I prefer over any typeface on the buttons. This kit also included the Playstation button, share/options buttons, bumpers, and triggers which the metal kit didn’t have. More on that.Installation wasn’t difficult especially if you’ve taken apart the controller before. It’s good to get familiar with the process, so that when you inevitably encounter strickdrift (2 out of 3 of my controllers *had* it) you can dismantle it down to the stick modules and spray them with electronics spray ($5 at Wal-Mart) for a quick and permanent fix. I haven't had stick drift since. Now the caveats. I think the triggers and bumpers are trash. I don’t know how the chrome color material compares to the non-chrome ones, but the plastic is extremely cheap and thin. After installing my triggers and putting the controller back together, I noticed one of them had an annoying squeaking noise due to the flexing of the plastic. Took it apart again and swapped back to the originals, dead silent. This kit’s triggers also have far less travel which may or may not be of preference. I didn’t like it as much and felt they were actually slightly more difficult to depress and just didn’t feel as smooth. The bumpers have 2 small clips that hook into the controller and the originals are super easy to pop out when dismantling… not with these. I was struggling to get it removed and eventually busted a clip during my first removal! I’ve disassembled my controller about a dozen times and never had any of the original parts break, nor have I ever been worried about their durability. So, I just ended up putting the original bumpers and triggers back in and didn’t look back. Much better! I actually think it looks better anyway, with the colors only being on the front. The face buttons are perfectly fine. Since they are only being depressed on a vertical axis and are structurally much simpler than the triggers or bumpers, you won’t notice the cheapness of the plastic. What you will notice is how much better it makes the controller look! I will definitely buy more of these button kits for my other controllers, but I will forgo the use of the bumpers and triggers. Hopefully we’ll see a simplified, cheaper, non-trigger/bumper kit in the future for cheaper! All in all, I still recommend this kit, but must subtract two stars for the trigger/bumper quality (and paying extra for something I won’t/can’t be using). I hope they will refine future kits, or as mentioned above, remove them all together and pass the savings on to the customer. One more thing, how cool would it be if there was a “controller builder” on eXtremeRate’s website so you can visualize color combinations before buying?! Until then… good luck and happy gaming!

Looked really cool, didn't last
Update: after just a few days the right trigger squeaks pretty badly, something the original trigger didn't do. I dunno if it's the type of plastic that they use or something but it's really annoying, will likely revert back to the standard(Sorry about the picture, the Amazon app is pretty poor)Old review: First off, the instructions were not included but they linked to a website which has videos and they are thorough enough to follow along. It does require a little bit of being technical and the picture I took includes the red bottom trim as well, which is why I didn't put in the red PlayStation button, it looked better with the original black. I wish the buttons had the labels on them but they look good regardless. Overall they look and feel very nice and together with the trim they look great! They're very well cast, the tolerances seen pretty close to original manufacturer spec and they are awesome, heavily recommend these!
