I purchased this guide because, as an author, much of my business has an online element. I was also curious to understand more about Ecommerce, and whether I could apply any of it to my business. Even with my lack of experience, I could follow the information given, and the real-life examples were great for illustrating what Peter was explaining. This comprehensive guide takes you through every step the process, from of how to choose the product/s to sell, creating a sales funnel, how much to sell them for, to know when product lines are working, when you should switch them out or adjust pricing and even how to recognise that the best thing to do is to leave them alone. You’ll learn about time management and balancing life with work. There are also exercises throughout, so you can start building your business as you read.Peter suggests a mindset shift to avoid taking setbacks personally. Instead, to think of yourself as a scientist, running tests. There are no failures, just a series of tests to find out what works and what doesn’t. I love his mantra, and will repeat often - “The New You is getting comfortable being uncomfortable.” Much of the advice given could apply to many online businesses, and it’s really got me thinking about maximising revenue streams (e.g. featuring ‘also boughts’ on your checkout pages) and how to add value for your customers. I particularly like that he has a strong focus on, not only good customer service but also making sure you build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers. There is so much content to lead the reader through the entire process, I could go on. But, in summary, it’s an informative read for anyone starting out, or who already has a business and is looking to understand how to be more effective in a busy marketplace. To a novice in e-commerce, this is fantastic advice

Great overview on how to set up your mind for entrepreneurship, think on what / how to sell products on internet and educate yourself into ecommerce. Doesn’t go too much in depth into any of those categories, but good enough as an overview.

The sales tactics make sense, the author clearly has studied Alex Hormozi and implemented some tactics into his own, the repetition here shows that the method works!!

It's an okay book if you are new to e-commerce. Offers a good overview but lacking depth. I read 'How to grow your ecommerce business' by Trevor Ginn after and I have to say it is much better in my opinion. Much more tailored to the Alibaba re-sell or white label B2C type of business which is very crowded.I will say though I really liked how this book includes advice on the mindset of an entrepreneur which is often missed in books of this nature. all in all a good summary and starting point but will have to look elsewhere for more detail.

You need this book in your life. I've read it twice. It shifted something in my life. For every reader wanting to start an online business and change daily personal routines, read this book. Very inspiring!

As I'm building my small online business this handful guide helped me a lot to grow especially in marketing and with my advertisements. I cannot wait to see the results finally and see my lovely business grow due to these strong steps! Definitely recommended!

E-commerce is something I have meant to do for awhile and this book is very informative and shows you the steps to get started. I am glad I bought this book as I am now ready to begin my e-commerce journey.
