The mirror is easy to fit, it arrives with an adhesive plate to fit in top of the side mirror.Ensure the top edge of the mirror is clean lightly place it on top so that you can adjust the mirror to get the best view, when happy push the mirror back to it fits centrally on the plate screw down the screws and thats it! The screws will rust so a dab of oil would be advised as temporary rain repellent

They fix onto the door mirror casing very easily. They also allow the driver to monitor the blind spot.

Having a blind spot mirror on top of a wing mirror is much better than sticking one to the surface of the existing mirror. This has pretty good adjustability so with a bit of care thinking about the position before installing it should give you extra visibility behind you.If your wing mirror housing has parallel surfaces then this will fit, if the surfaces slope towards the outer edge then it will tend to squeeze itself off so you will need to do some DIY.The fitting bolts are M4 in case you need to buy some nuts like I did.The bracket can be unscrewed from the housing and reversed but you will have to pop the mirror out (it is a simple ball joint) to get to the buts inside the housing in order to fit it.

As a driving instructor, additional mirror coverage for blind spots is a very helpful aid and having read some decent reviews I thought I'd give them a go. I wish I hadn't bothered. The screws are too long and end up pushing the metal pad which fixes to the top of the door mirror (which is allegedly held in place by sticky sponge) off. After several attempts I thought I had them fixed on with sufficient grip, but no. The first couple of times they worked loose I managed to get them before they fell off, but today they both dropped off whilst driving with pupils. Poor quality fixing kit means one star only.

I managed to use them for only a few weeks before they fell off ad I eventually lost them. It would have been a perfect product if the manufacturer thought about installing keeping it in place in a bit more intelligently. It comes with one screw for each mirror which is meant to hold it down on a plastic surface of the actual car mirror without any further mechanism to secure it, Found it to Slide out often often while they lasted but eventually just fell off.

These top mount mirrors are the best I’ve found for this type of mirror, as a driving instructor clear view behind is really important, these have a solid grip to the mirror with 2 screws which you can get at easily, although when you first put them on you need to make sure the little metal protector plate doesn’t move, tight screws a little at a time alternating as you tighten.Good clear image, mirrors don’t vibrate and stay in the position you set them.

Apart from the screws rusting almost straight away, these mirrors offer reasonable adjustment and are pretty easy to affix.

Cleared the snow off my car last week and noticed some marks on the mirrors. When I gave them a wipe I can see that the damage is behind the glass. Strangely both on the left side. I wouldn't recommend as I only had these on the car for 2 weeks.
