I would have given it a 5 star but received 17 out of 36. I did not have enough for every kid in the party I ordered 3 packets of 12 and only got 17… update: each order comes with 6 hats and 6 vests $26.99 each order, not 12 vests and 12 hats

the hats come all bent

I got this for my 5 year olds birthday and it was such a disappointment when the hats wouldn’t fit on his head or even my 2 year olds. The vest are very cheep too. Not worth the buy at all.

I ordered 2 setrs and One of them came like this after pulling it out of the box. Things were really cramped in a small box maybe about 12 /12 in. So disappointing that they came like this.

Good as a prop for party but it's thin and hats are flimsy. Cute for photos but wouldnt last long
