I bought dr comfort before and the padding was built into it. But just got sole inserts.

I have recieved my Chestnut shoes and really love them. Todate I have still not recieved by black dress shoes. Having contacted you company with the problem that we had not recieve the shoes was assured the shoes were reshipped on the 12th and would be here on the 19th. Well its the 19th and stil no shoes. I had tried various brands of dress shoes and inevitably could not wear them. This shoe is very comfortable and looks great. Worth every penny. Dr. Comfort Wing Men's Therapeutic Diabetic Extra Depth Dress Shoe Leather Lace is really excellent.
