No instructions?
Made sure to order from Bossen the seller to avoid potentially expired bags, but realized after it arrived, there are zero instructions. Thankfully the Bossen website has them in their listing.Ratio of 1:1:10 powder:sugar:water. Heat water on stove, stir in sugar to dissolve, then slowly add the powder, stirring well til dissolved. Continue heating and stirring for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least an hour.

Tastes good
My son wanted this as he loves taro milk tea. He drinks at least a glass a day, and solves the taste of it. Will definitely buy more!

Great but QC lacking
The first time we ordered it, this was fantastic. Easy to make, large amount, great cost. Tasted comparable to boba shop egg pudding. We were thrilled because it was so much easier than making actual egg pudding.Once the first bag ran out, we ordered again. This time the product was a brick. The pudding was completely congealed together into a solid block and was completely unsable. Amazon was prompt in exchanging this, but the new bag was also completely solid. Not sure if this was a bad batch or something, but we will be sending this second bag as well. Hopefully they figure out the problem and fix it, as we really liked the egg pudding when it was actually usable.

Bag came ripped
There was a small hole on the side of my bag and now the powder is all over my box. Wonderful...
