Most of the bran and germ have been removed
My intention was to germinate this and make bread. But I just noticed that the bran and germ were removed. Why ? Disappointed. They didn't say that in the description. Unsure if this will germinate. I don't think so. Will probably have to grind and use as flour, which is lesser nutritious.
