OMG, where have I been all this time?!?
I love tea. I LOVE tea! I LOVE TEA!!!!! I can't say that enough. I've only ever used the paper fill-your-own bags for loose tea, or the wire mesh tea strainers, or the metal ones with toothpick-sized holes punched in the designs, and have never tried this style before. After a week, I've thrown all the others away. These are AWESOME!!!! I love the two sizes, and use the small ones frequently so it's great to have two of those; the larger one works perfectly for a pot of tea when I have a guest or just need to fill my larger thermos or insulated cup to have at work for hours instead of a single cup. They are soooo easy to clean, they each come with their own little adorable "coaster" that holds the drips, and there are convenient hooks on the end of the strainer chain that you can either hook over the edge of your cup, or loop around your teacup handle and hook to itself to keep it in place. I even drop the whole thing into my carafe and leave it to steep when I'm making a fruit infusion in my water bottle, and it never breaks open or seeps "chunks" into my cup. Give them a try, I bet you'll love them as much as I do! Happy tea drinking! Cheers! (pinky up and all!) :)

A bit of a burp but avoidable. Still very functional
- Made in China- Large chain is 7.5" long, 2 smaller ones are about 5.5"- Hooks are wide and can be bent to fit larger stuff like stonewareI'm not good with size so I took a couple size reference pix. These are absolutely great. There is a small burp but I'm still really happy with them as I find the burp to be easy to avoid. The outside and inside are absolutely baby butt smooth, except for the vertical seam. The corners of it aren't as softened as I could hope for and you can catch your skin on them. They're not quite sharp, and only the large one is bad enough to catch on, but it should've been smoothed.Around the inside, the upper rim is also very sharp all the way around. That's true for all 3. I use a toothbrush to clean the inside and it can cause wear and tear and I've even had it slice off tiny bits from the bristles. So clean them moving around instead of up and down heh. That's the only flaw and what keeps it from being a 5 star for me.I should also mention that there is no internal support structure. They're just thin sheets rolled and tacked. That means they're flexible. Mostly they pop right back into shape but if you aren't a bit careful, you can crease or collapse the sides. With metal to metal lids that can sometimes get stubborn, it seemed pertinent.I tried to take pix of the teeny mesh. I make a lot of Thai tea but I dislike using the cloth filters so this extremely fine mesh is what I was looking for. It works very well. The base 'saucers' are sized. Their bottom rim edges are close to sharp as well but they look good and function as they should. Since Thai tea stains everything orange, they're also a feature I was looking for.The lids work very well. Metal on metal, especially thin metal, can be ornery sometimes but that's normal. They seal well and stay there, and that's what's important since the chains are on top.The scoop is fine. Edges are decent. Alligator clip is solid with a tight spring. I'm using the scoop but not the clip - since I store teas air tight there's no edge to clip to, but it'll work if you have use for it. A bit sharp teeth so probably not great for glass storage.Since they've mentioned gifting, the box and packaging is nothing special but respectable. Not perfect but very close and still very usable and look good, if you care about that.Don't forget to use the Smile.Amazon.com address - It's an Amazon program where many everyday things you buy will generate a small donation from Amazon to the charity of your choice at no cost to you. Great Tea Infuser
I've brewed a pot of tea every morning for many years. I've used this tea infuser for over nine months and and am very happy with it.I've read reviews stating that this infuser rusts and, therefore is not stainless steel. In the months that I've used mine daily I've seen no indication of rust. What appears to be rust is actually tea stain that scrubs off with a non-abrasive sponge. I've gifted this tea infuser to several friends, something I'd not do if I suspected it were not actually stainless.

Perfect
It prevents most of the tea leaves from leaking into my cup. I love that I can do a single cup of tea and then after steeping, put it into its own tray. Love the large size too.
