Yes, it's very thin - think women's dress scarf thin - but the printing is clear and the flag is much larger than expected. Yes, description says 3' x 5' but that seems bigger in real life. I did a small hem at the top and bottom to add thin wooded dowels to give the banner some stability in the breeze.Even if it doesn't last too long, the message is much needed at this time in America. :-(
