Can you use on baby scalp?

I don’t think so, for baby scalp I have used the 100% coconut oil also from Amazon. I really recommend it as helped my baby cradle cap.

Is it the same as the adult version of thr same cream?

I have never used the adult one . But this one says baby. So everything is mild .
