Q: I want to use this on a toy invincible dog leash for my sons jack costume, will it work?

it might you would have to make the attachment since this is made to change by a string and would not work for what you need to support for walking him.. There is a Zero available that is battery operated that walks and pumpkin nose lights up when turned on if you place a string on it that might work for what you need since it walks on its own would just need help with direction/steering. I hope this helps.

You could use a 1/2 inch dowel or plastic pvc pipe and attach it to the cord on Zero's head. Tape the cord to one end of the dowel/pvc pipe and hold the other end with your hand. If you use black tape on the dowel/pvc pipe, at night it gives the effect that Zero is going by himself. You could also attach white led finger lights inside and Zero will glow. This is what my husband did to get our Zero ready for Halloween. We purchased the led finger lights from amazon as well. We pass them out to the children for visibility while trick or treating. Hope this helps.
