Perfect for a potted succulent that needed a boost.
I had a small finger jade that was getting spindly trying to reach for the sunlight, and unfortunately the temporary apartment that I am in just doesn't provide enough light. This little light is great for a few small pots on a window sill. I didn't get the base, so it's just sticking in the soil of one of the plants, but three other small pots around it are also receiving light. The finger jade was getting powdery mildew from lack of enough light. I removed all the disease, treated with neem and then got it under this little light, and it is doing much better - it is rapidly growing new and healthy leaves (although they are all growing near the top and so the plant is now top-heavy and likely I will have to treat it like a cutting, cut the entire top off and reroot/replant it) - but now that I have this little light, it should be okay. The other little plants that are under it are also thriving now, too, with lots of new growth. I've had the light for a week and a half! I also have some cuttings in water and they are rooting really quickly under this light.

Great Little Plant Light
This is a great little plant light. Now, it is little - I have three tiny plants on it, and that's about all it will hold. However, the way the light shines down it is pretty easy to put a couple nearby and have them receive some rays from the lamp as well. The timer works perfectly, and I really like that my little plant babies are getting consistent light in my dark craft room. I know I will be buying more of these in the future, and would love to see a larger version that could hold more, larger plants.

Great for small planters
Timer is great, can set it to turn on and off automatically every 8, 12, or 16hrs. The only thing I don’t like that wasn’t advertised is the cord to plug in the light hangs down from the top of the lamp. I don’t love that, aesthetically. I wrapped it around the pole to make it less obvious. If you plan on using the base of the lamp, you will have to have a planter smaller than about 6in. But the light can be staked into the soil. I used a Bundt pan as a planter for my succulents and assembled the lamp through the center of the pan. So far it works great and is keeping my succulents alive in a low light room.

So far so good!
I purchased the plant light with the timer and the base. Base is smaller than expected but is sufficient for the plant in my plant “ICU”. I deducted one star because I had to re-drill one hole because it was not drilled properly but that was not a big deal.Other reviews were negative about the timer but so far the timer is working exactly as it should! The light is nice and bright and my sickly plant is already perking up!

Pretty good
It's easy to put together and puts out more light than you'd expect from a lamp this size. I think it'd do well for a few small to medium-sized plants. My only complaint is that the light wobbles. The connection between the stalk and the base is where it wobbles. At first, I thought it was the bolt holding it together. But, I tightened that as much as I reasonably could and the lamp still wobbles. As a result, it's not verticle when you look at it from the right angles. Annoying, but not the end of the world.

Fabulous aesthetic grow lights!
Several months ago I bought one each of several different styles of grow lights. Yadoker's "Plant Grow Light for Indoor Plant,Bamboo Mini LED Grow Light Garden" was the clear favorite. Why?For starters, the base attachment means the pole for the light is not cutting through the plat's soil (I hated stabbing the poles into the root-thick area at the center of the posts for the other styles, and if i put them on the edge, the weight of the light sometimes topples the plant!)Positioning the pole on the side or center of the base allows me to group several small plants around it, or one larger plant (up to about an 8" pot). After several months, timers on some of my other lights became buggy, sometimes working and sometimes forgetting to come on or off on schedule... but my Yadoker bamboo lights continue to work like clockwork. And on top of all that, they are better looking than any of the alternatives! The bamboo edged light source nicely directs the light downward in a wide enough zone to reach several closely arranged plants, but never catches me in the eye when i walk past. The simple sleek natural wood design looks like it belongs in a garden and allows the focus to be on the plants it highlights. And, of course, the plants under these lights have been thriving! Who could ask for more?I own 3, gifted 1, and have several more on the way! If you are looking for a solid effective grow-light for houseplants, this is it!
