Applying this retinol cream once a week for now, will increase the frequency to two times then three times gradually. So far have only been using for two weeks, only a pea size amount and it didn't irritate my oily combination skin at all. No breakouts either. I am in my late twenties but I wish I had tried retinol sooner. All the fear mongering about skin peeling and burning etc are caused by improper usage of prescription strength retinols. So start slow, go steady; use for atleast 6 months for visible results. Start with low concentration and always use just a pea size amount. This is an encapsulated retinol cream so that means it's more stable than regular retinol and might stay on the skin upto 72 hrs (well that's what the brand says) so always use sunscreen in the mornings. So many people complaining about tube packaging. I find it more convenient. Don't know what all the hype is about airless pumps because they malfunction a lot of times. And Re'equil also sells retinol cream in a tube. So I guess it's fine because encapsulated retinol is by definition is more stable than regular retinol.

Smell is too bad..not working

It is actually an effective product. Gives glow and reduces signs of aging. I am 31 and this has helped me get better skin texture. Lightweight and moisturising too!
