In the winter I tend to get athletes foot and this spray is the best I have tried. I'm really happy with the results. It's effective in treating athlete's foot and the powder spray format is convenient and mess-free. I like that this product works well and relieved the itching and burning I was having as well helping with the scaling/flaky skin. I have been using this now for a few days and was happy to notice a difference in the itching and burning I was having. I am borderline diabetic and someone suggested this to me and I am very happy.This even has a cool sensation and the minty scent I knew had to be Tea Tree Oil or Peppermint oil so I am glad it is enriched with the natural Tea Tree Oil and it also has vitamin E in it. I use essential oils a lot and this is a plus for me. This Silky clear Gel 5 in 1 goes on smoothly and does not leave any type of film nor is it sticky, but like I said since you are supposed to use it daily for up to 4 weeks I am pretty sure this 0.42 oz size tube is not going to last so I may need to get it on the sub and save.Another good thing about this it cures most athletes' feet and helps prevent recurrences. I like that it deodorizes and it seems to help with the appearance of my feet because I did have scaly and flaky feet. . I will have to come back after 4 weeks and update.

I have eczema. The athlete's foot triggered it on my foot. This made my eczema worse and therein caused a flare in the athlete's foot. If you have eczema, I suggest using terbinafine hydrochloride 1% cream and cortisone 10 maximum strength lotion for eczema. If you have open sores from scratching it, use a triple antibiotic ointment with pain relief. Layer terbinafine, antibiotic, then cortisone 10 then cover it with a guaze pad /wrap with medical tape . Twice a day. When you wake up and before you go to bed. My eczema is down a great deal, it's taken a year to find this solution. Noticed a difference after 2 weeks. Almost completely gone after 3 months. Good luck.

BE WARNED: This spray product has a horrid pine like scent to it. After one use in my bedroom we had to take drastic measures to eliminate the odor from our house. It did not make us sick until the next day. My throat was trying to close and I had to leave the house. I am in a wheelchair and had to go elsewhere while family members had to strip my bed and wash every bit of my bedding... the smell was in my mattress, c-pap machine... my rug had to be thrown away, the rug in my bathroom had to be thrown away.I went to Planet Fitness and showered to get the smell off of me. while my family cleaned hte house... my poor mother had similar allergic reaction as well as other family living with us. Took one week to get the smell out of the house ... furnace filters had to be changed. This was a horrible experience.
