Golden Rose Lip Marker Lip Stain Ultra Long Lasting Natural Finish Water Based with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E (104 Burgundy)

I have been looking for an actual lip stain for so long. I just end up with regular lipsticks that claim they are stains. They typically go on thick and wear off within a couple hours. So frustrating.This goes on nice and sheer. This color golden rose is so perfect! I did just one coat and let it dry. I did apply some clear lip balm later in the day when my lips started to feel a bit dry. One of the best things is how evenly it went on my lips. If I do find a stain, it typically looks really spotty. It definitely faded thru the day. But it even faded evenly.The first picture is after first application- taken at 6:30am. The next picture was taken after an 8 hour work day at 3:30pm. 2 cups of coffee, multiple glasses of water, and lunch. You can see, it is faded, but there is still some color on my lips, and the color is even.I just got this - so really hoping it lasts awhile and doesn't dry out. I plan to buy more colors! So happy I found this! 💋

This is very long lasting and similar to a product I used to use but can't find. It really is just like drawing on your smile and you fill in the color. Nice because it goes on just like a felt tip marker. Stays long and yes is a bit drying but lip balm doesn't remove it by just applying. The color I got was very bright so I ordered in a softer color. This color is great for anyone who wants a VIBRANT smile. Doesn't seep in to those lip wrinkles either which I love.

1) Some people have said that it's too "dry" I did not experience that. I LOVE that it is not watery. You put it on your lips and it doesn't bleed outside of your lips - I LOVE THAT. Easy to apply2) I got the mulberry - it was the perfect color for me.3) I applied it early in the morning (8 a.m.) At 4 a.m. the color was lighter, but it was still definitely there - I have never experienced that with a lip stain.4) This stain is much more affordable than some of the better known products claiming to be a lip stain.*******IN SHORT***** I LOVE THIS PRODUCT and will definitely purchase it again! This is a 10/10 for me

I have found this staining pen to work just fine--no problems with drying out, and easy to outline then fill in lips. As is often an issue with this kind of stain, it does dry out the lips, so I apply a matte balm (like chapstick) on top (clear gloss will compromise the matte look of the stain).The major problem for me is the color, which has no relation whatever to "golden" or "rose;" or the warm pink shown on the seller page. Beware that the color you'll get is a deep, dark cool (meaning, cool vs. warm shade) burgundy, which will look good on young and very pale complexions, but not on mature skin with olive undertones. Otherwise, the only use for it might be for Halloween makeup.

I really like this product. I mean I really, really like this product. I use it almost everyday. I have bought it in three different shades: 101 Light Pink, 103 Cherry, and 105 Mulberry. I very rarely wear the 103 cherry because it has a slight orange tint to it, at least on my skin tone.The product lasts all day, with the darker 105 Mulberry seeming to last longer than the much lighter 101 light pink. I occasionally will wear a shimmery lip gloss over it for a different look, but prefer the matte look of just the lip stain.I will normally apply two or three layers when I do my morning makeup. I then keep it in my pocket all day and will apply as needed (once or twice in a normal day). The color will slowly fade throughout the day but never really goes away and even as it does it fades in a natural pattern, lightest in the center of the lips. In my opinion it still looks good as it fades. Even on days in which I have not reapplied it, at least with the mulberry, I will still have traces of it on my makeup remover wipes at the end of the day.A few things I have learned:1) Apply two or three coats of it if you want a rich color.2) It will fade though out the day, especially if you eat or drink.3) It does sometimes still transfer but ever badly.4) It is best to shake the color down into the tip before you apply. I have tried storing it tip down and it doesn't work well that way. This is my biggest complaint, that in order to get product into the tip, it has to have help to get there.Like I said, It is a good product but not perfect. I really like it. I find that with daily wear one marker will last me about 4 to 6 months and honestly I tend to lose it before it drys out but about 6 months of daily wear is all you can get out of it. I think that is a decent value for 9 bucks.

I thought it would be great to have a lipstick that doesn’t go away all day long, I have few but they dry my lips so bad.This one in particular dries all my lips , the color is not uniform when you put it on and more you try to fix it on your lips more it gets worst.Doesn’t go away with make up wipes , so basically a mess.I don’t like this product is kinda delusional.

This is a very nice lip stain. However, 2 things: once you put a gloss over it, it will come off and get on anything your lips come in contact with just like any regular lipstick, like if you kiss your grandchild's face for example, LOL! So NO gloss. If you don't put a gloss on it, it is a GREAT product. The 2nd thing is it is VERY dark. If you want a VERY rich color, with staying power if you don't put a gloss on top, it does the job and the color is VERY nice !! I do really like it, just expect the rich color will have a matt finish with no gloss. Its a good product for its color and longevity but becomes like any other lipstick if you put a gloss on top of it.

Pro- wears well as far as long lasting for a lip stain Con- for my light color of skin, the stain color is much more red/pink than pictured; the product dries out my lips
