I always buy this brand, as they wear and wash well. I work 10-12 hour shifts 5-6 days a week, and 3 pairs on rotation does me almost a full year. When you receive them they look and feel plasticky and shiny, the first wash takes care of that. Fit well, allow good movement and as an added bonus, if you take them out of the dryer right away and fold them, you don;t need to iron them ;)

Got the double XL and they are pretty tight all over. There is no give in the material, and sounds like they are going to rip any second.Don't recommend

On arrival the material feels a bit rigid, shiny and the wires are a bit long, but if you wash them a few times they are softer, less ugly shiny and the wire will have shrunk to a good size. I use these for work all the time, they are great.

I originally wrote in quotes "Bit disappointed with these - material looks cheap and shiny more polyester than cotton. Looks as if a thread has been pulled out right across at back but won't show with long jacket/shirt. The pockets are made from a much thinner and cheaper looking material." However since writing this review decided to update today. These trousers wash very well and don't need ironing plus the fabric looks less cheap and shiny after several washes. The fit is excellent and the quality is perfectly acceptable for the price. Will order again!

Got them for my son who started as a kitchen porter (pot washer) in a hot busy kitchen. He love them as they are comfortable and cool under his waterproof apron on long shifts. They wash great, still look like new after 2 months, he only has one pair and they are washed daily.

i was looking for comfy trousers for working in catering. im a size 22 and these were a great fit. they were too long in the leg. i am 5.4 so had to cut approx 2inches off. great trousers for work

Quality of these were great however the sizes did come up a little larger than expected. Perfect for when I worked in a kitchen, can’t really fault them but I would probably order a size smaller

The only problem with these trousers is the size, when they arrived I stupidly through away the packaging. When my grandson came to collect them for work they looked like a parachute on him. As the waist is elastic the fit was ok, he is very tall and they were still long on him. now have to get the sewing machine out to alter them
