EDIT: Updating my review because it appears that most bearings come this greasy (I had ordered other hobby bearings before that were not, so I assumed they all were like that). Turns out, they are greasy from the factory because they presume they will be used in high speed/high load situations, so you need tons of grease for cooling. All you have to do to make them spin fast is spray some WD-40 or similar solvent on them and work it into the bearing. Now the bearings spin super fast and are clean.However, do NOT use bearings that you do this to on items you plan to run at high loads (like skateboards) as they will get too hot and fail. But for simple hobby projects (like 3D printing fidget spinners, or the like), then that procedure works well. Upping review to 5/5 stars, primarily on cost/performance.ORIGINAL REVIEW BEFORE I REALIZED YOU CAN CLEAN THEM:I needed a couple of bearings for a 3D Printer project and these were about the cheapest ones that looked decent. Nothing I'm using these for are high speed, so not a big deal, but the lubricant is super thick and everywhere. My hands are greasy just holding one. It also doesn't spin super freely (like a fidget spinner, for example). I'm using them for filament guide rails, so they don't need to have a ton of freedom of movement, but beware if you need high speed applications; these ain't it, chief.

One of the bearings broke on my rollator walker so we ordered these. My husband decided to replace all of the bearings at the same time and these were perfect! Thank you!

These bearings looked new but upon closer inspection. we found a few problems. The seals do not touch the inner part of the bearing, the inner race. Therefore these "seals" will not keep out any dust, dirt or moisture. Looking into the seal through the gap in the seal no grease could be seen. The seal was removed from both sides of the bearing and there was "No Grease" anywhere in this bearing. This turned out to be true of all four bearings. They were thrown away!

Exactly what I needed to replace an old bearing in a shop-vac!

Hard to say much for a bearing, but these fulfilled my intended purpose for a 3D printer repair and I’ve had no problem with them. No idea how they would rank performance-wise for a skateboarder.
