It does work and has greatly reduced the times she has had leg cramps which is good news for anyone with leg cramps

Brought these as i have a lot of cramp in my legs ,since taking these i no longer get cramp at night ,dont knoe if its tablets or im just not getring cramp anymore

Not the best form of magnesium.
This is based on magnesium oxide.....there are better versions of magnesium more bioavailable. However, at least it is relatively low strength dosage so any laxative effects are minimised.

It does lower the intensity a lot. Nut it doesn't prevent them. I'm taking 1 caplet at night. I'm going to try 2 caplets.

For a long time I was suffering from nightly calf cramps, I was waken up from it several times at night. This was affecting the quality of my sleep. I did try different magnesium supplements, however they were causing the GI upset. What I like about this product that it was specifically designed to relieve leg cramps. And it WORKS! No more waking up in the middle of the night. It is so effective that I only take 1 capsule in the evening twice a week.

I was having leg cramps for almost two weeks straight. I hadn’t had any in years and never every night. I Googled leg cramps and seen Naveh and figured I’d give them a try. I took two at bedtime the first night and no cramps! I’ve used them for three night and leg cramps have stopped. It’s Saturday night so I think I’ll not take any tonight and see what happens. If you’re awaken at night like me with severe leg cramps, I definitely recommend Naveh.

I have been using this for one week so far six out of seven nights, I have not had leg or foot cramps so I would say it’s working!
