Quite surprised at this item I feel that definitely helps. I was sceptical at first. I have very dry nails recently as I am entering my 40s and didn’t know where to start. I feel that my nails have improved and starting to grow a lot better now without the cracks and the dry bits The item is not hard to swallow and I feel it has value for money for its ingredients as prior to this I was buying everything separately doesn’t have any taste and the size of the tablet seems absolutely fine so far good quality and value for money. I am on my second pot.

I am on my 3rd pot and my nails are looking lovely, I will soon need to cut them and that is unheard of! Mg hair is shiny and skin is looking radiant, j will never stop taking this amazing vitamin.

Too soon to comment on effectiveness but well packaged and easy to take. One box is 30 days worth ss it is two capsules a day.

Had these on subscription, noticed my hair and nails were getting stronger. Only problem was me keep forgetting to take them, and couldnt get into a routine has I don't take any other medication! So I've opted for patches instead. But otherwise they are brilliant.

Love these , I have tried many hair, nail and skin vitamins but these are the only ones that worked . I have even had to cut my nails which is unheard of , I saw Colleen Roony of Instagram raving about them . She was right in my 70s but like nice nails cheaper than going to a salon to have horrible thick nail on , quality is outstanding, made in the UK plus by me

I was going to purchase this again to give it more time to work but the price rising from £18.99 to £26.99 in 1 month thnk I will give it a miss it’s not that good after a month

Been using for 5 months and not seen a slight improvement on skin, hair or nails. Disappointed.
