The preceding is my original review, the company contacted me and made the rectified the situation. I’m changing my review because after weeks of contacting Amazon to get the problem corrected, this company contacted me within a matter of a couple of days. I was never dissatisfied with the radio itself. Thank you for your quick response!The radio its self is nice. Has good sound quality, but it said it came with a wiring harness, steering wheel remote and a back up camera. Ours did not come with these other accessories. It was a gift and it wasn’t until after the radio was installed , that I realized it was missing items. was told there was no way to reach the seller and my only option was to return the radio. Which had already been installed. Due to that reason, my rating is low.

Doesn't work with phone. No Android Auto. Mirror screen doesn't work as advertised. Does not fit a Ford Crown Victoria despite saying it does.The UI is also that of a $50 unit. Nothing like in the photos.Update(12/04/2024): Unit stopped connecting to Bluetooth than reset on it's own and now the screen won't turn on despite clicking the power button or even holding it down.DO NOT BUY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Only two problems I seem to have are radio reception isn't great and my phone doesn't like the mirror ap

Ok so my honest opinion of this , as the saying goes "you get what you pay for " . It works and for the price isn't horrible ... Bought this with the dash kit and wiring harness for 2011 Chevy Silverado with the dash kit it does fit ,but there is still a tiny gap . We ordered this specifically for the phone mirroring ,and gps . The problem is that the mirroring only works when plugged in via USB charging port .when it's mirrored the screen stays centered and small unless you keep the phone screen rotated (which can be challenging to do while it's plugged in laying on a truck console . ) also I think the biggest disappointment was it will not allow you to play any music while using the tether for gps . Radio is good for being just that ,it's good for playing music ,but if you are hoping to mimic a newer car with the GPS/ Bluetooth features this is not the product for that ... But if you are just in it for some good tunes it's a convenient buy for the price ..On a Happy note I do appreciate that you can program the radio for your vehicles logo to appear when you turn it on as if it always belonged there .

Way too small in width and too tall in height - but Amazom claims it fits. OK - next - None of the wires match anything, had to convert each and every one. BT option - absolutely no way to pair this thing. I followed along in the book, step by step, until the steps started asking me to push icons that do not exist on the actual radio. When I plug in my Android to the USB plug, I get a message on my phone telling me this device (the radio) is not compatible. I like NOTHING about this radio. Back up camera has ZERO Power. I can't find one single tutorial on YouTube or here. OH! And it could care less that it's hooked up top the antenna. I get 1 channel. Luckily it's not music I hate.I can't return it. It's past the 30 days. I'm stuck with this inferior machine.
