The directions/instructions leave a lot to be desired, but it's pretty intuitive to figure out. Just be patient with it. It does steam, blend, and clean itself!!!Now if there just was a fold button on the dryer, life would be perfect!!!

This is a great buy for the money. It's so easy to add some water on the left and fresh fruits or veggies on the right. Hit start, set time, walk away. It will steam it (pulling water from left to right), and then purees it at the end. Or select "steam" for not automatically blending at end of cycle. You can add more water or spices and hit "blend" and it pulses for 1 minute. It's very easy to clean. The instructions have a time chart for common fruits/veggies. I also have the "organic baby food" book by stephanie middleberg. For "steam time" just take her recipes and multiply the steam time by 2 for this machine. For example- pumpkin in the book says 10 minutes, and the instructions for the steamer says 20. Most of the foods match up exactly doubled for timing from the book to the instruction manual. If it's a tough veggie I might go another 2 minutes.I used all jarred food for my first child and she really has a small palette at age 5. I am hoping this baby will develop a palette for natural, fresh foods as opposed to processed. This machine makes it so easy. You will always have SOMETHING fresh in the house you can throw in there.

The appearance of the supplemental food machine is also very stylish. The simple and smooth line design with fresh colour makes it look very beautiful and generous. Placed in the kitchen, it is not only a practical tool, but also a bright decoration. Every time a friend comes to visit our home, he or she will be attracted by the appearance of this complementary food machine

Worked well but the handle isn't able to be taken apart and traps water/food particles that cant be reached leading to mold. Maybe if the handle were one solid piece, completely tubular so the moisture could escape or completely sealed, it'd help but as it is I can't give 5 stars because of that.Easy to use, all the selections were labeled well, made good quality baby food, really quick to start steaming. Motor seems to be really strong.

The media could not be loaded. What an amazing all in one baby food maker! I have to be honest I do not even have babies in my household. I became addicted to Gerber’s pear , strawberry peach pouches, and thought this would be a great way to make my own. I also love pumpkin soup so I thought this would be a great way to make pumpkin purée. The more I thought about this device, the more things I thought of making. I absolutely love making it fruit purée to layer my Greek yogurt parfaits! I have tried so many variations and am addicted to anything pear! It also will warm bottles and sterilize bottle, nipples and pacifiers as well as you can use it as a standalone food processor. It is such a easy device. I cut up a whole pear of leaving the skin on, add half a frozen peach and 2 1/2 strawberries, which is the recipe I got off the back of the Gerber pouch multiplied by three. I just throw in the fruit set it on 20 minutes and come back to delicious purée. Pears are the only thing I cannot find frozen however you can get them canned in their own juice and add them after you’ve steamed the other fruits before blending. If you want you must try a quarter of a pie pumpkin, with a dash of maple syrup, nutmeg, and cinnamon. I love to top my overnight oats with this mixture. The possibilities are endless!

I love this blender. I know the Nutra baby blender is the most popular one, but this one requires less tools and cleaning. Not only does this steam my baby’s food (veggies, meats, etc) but it can blend it all in the same cup, and then self clean itself afterwards. I’ve used it a handful of times and I haven’t had a problem with rusting however, I know if that does happen all you need to do is just put some vinegar in it to clean.One thing to mention is that in the instruction manual, it gives you a table of how long to steam vegetables and or fruits—super helpful.

The instructions were really confusing and hard to understand. I eventually figured it out but it was really hard to read and the pictures were not the greatest. Once we got it up and running it worked great. My only other complaint was the video description made it seem like it automatically blends the food after steaming but that is not the case. You have to go back to push the blend button after. Definitely a first world problem but one to note. Works great, easy to clean, small enough to store just about anywhere.
