Good product but I probably should have gotten the 400 rather than the 800 so I take the 800 a few times a week rather than every day.

I take this in addition to my normal prenantal since most prenatals have around 600 mcg of folate and my doctor recommended at minimum of 1 MG per day, she is happy with the extra folate intake especially because it in its natural form Folate vs folic acid. Its a small capsule and easy to swallow, no taste and no upset stomach with it.
