Great, colourful food tracker...not so much for activities/exercise
This arrived in perfect condition on Sunday. The diary is packed with lots of planning space, health trackers and nice colourful graphics, motivation cards and stickers.Unfortunately, it only has three small lines per week to list activities so I have to write a break down of my exercises elsewhere. Nevertheless, it's still a great diary to have, especially if you want to focus on tracking food intake.

Motivation
My journal arrived today and its perfect for what I need. The fact that it has lots of different sections and is quite bright makes me want to fill it in. Definitely worth the money and I will be buying again when this one is completed.
