Great classroom resource and better for children to use in different areas of the curriculum.

My wife and I quite often use clipboards but all of the ones we own are the standard "A4" type - which is fine but when I saw these mini clipboards I thought they looked nice and their portability seemed very useful and convenient.When I opened the package I was very pleasantly surprised as the clipboards feel really very nice indeed. I love the wooden build - it's lightweight and also doesn't 'give' or 'bend' like plastic ones can tend to. The clip is very strong too so there won't be any sheets of paper making an escape when the BOMKEE clips have gotten a grip!There's a handy little pull-out hanging loop at the top of the clipboards.The clipboards are described as A6 sized, and this is correct. On one of my photos you can see how an A6 sheet of paper fits on the clipboard. You'll notice that the A6 width is pretty much identical to the width of the wooden board, with a generous margin at the bottom. Therefore the boards are, width-wise, very close to A6. I did consider that I might like a slight border down the vertical edges and so I trimmed my A6 sheets slightly to create a narrow border (as seen in the same photo). I just rather like having a little margin around the paper... could it be my upbringing or something??You get the six clipboards for just under £16 and I think that's great value (works out just over £2.60 each). I reckon these will get used a great deal as they are so portable and ideal for meetings etc. where you don't always feel that you need to be brandishing a large A4 board on your lap. My wife agrees and suggested that we split the clipboard bundle. I agreed but am rather puzzled why she's got four and I've only got two... hmmm.

These clipboards are made of strong hardboard, cover an attractive laminated layer. The laminate is not as well glued on as it could be and can separate from the core at the corners of the board. I am impressed with the high quality of the clips. The springs have enough power to secure many sheets and paper, whilst also being reasonably easy to open by hand. The clipboard are lightweight. They are comfortable to hold in one held whist writing on the board using your free hand. Each clipboard has a retractable metal hanging strip. These clipboards are suitable for both commercial and domestic use. Good value for money.

They come in a pack of six so when my daughter admired them when I was using one for my shopping list I had no hesitation in giving her a couple. Measuring 20.4cm x 10.4cm x 0.4cm thick with a strong rubber-cushioned clip, they’re ideal for holding tickets, notes, receipts, etc. They also have a concealed loop at the top for hanging on a wall. I can recommend these mini clipboards as they have so many uses and are exactly what I’ve been looking for to hold my shopping list. Brilliant!

My children are obsessed with clipboard and we have various types. They're used around the house for the daily lists they love to make and taken out on adventures for drawing, activities and maps!These A6 size ones are the perfect size to be able to fit in the bags our children carry (4 and 6yo).The clips on these are very strong, but our children are still able to operate then correctly and safely.The wooden part are just laminate boards but this actually works quite well and provides a nice smooth surface that's extremely easy to clean.They feel well made and very secure. I think the main concern in terms of longevity would be if the laminate starts to peel away, however we have seen no signs of that yet.

These cute clipboards will be ideal for restaurant or cafe use since they grip the notepad or paper well and are not too bulky to fit in a pocket of an apron.They have rubber cushions at either side of the top of the clip and it is this that is referred to in the listing. Underneath the clip is plain metal. Everything is very firm and grips well. The hanger is useful in kitchens where you want to display order or messages.

The clipboards are small but they definitely have its uses. Great for kids to use when out and about, wanting to drawer or write. We have one on our fridge which holds up our weekly shopping list, it's the perfect size for small notes.Really good quality and a very strong clip.
