A friend gave me the sachets of this after I was poorly and had an running event on at the weekend. The flavour is real nice and they really helped me achieve a great run at the weekend so I've been and brought some more. I highly recommended this. It's a great way if getting the extra carbs, electrolytes & other vitamins for what ever you need it for.

A very full, blackcurrant flavour, almost like a well-made merlot. It’s a shame this carb/electrolyte drink is not always available on Amazon as this is a superb product, Favourite functional carb drink for intense rides/workouts.

Received one sachet marketed as a pack of 6. I therefore can’t review on continual progress and experience. The taste was nice and I did feel refreshed and somewhat energised but I’m not sure how much of that was due to the powder or psychological. Not overly impressed.

This sachet of powder priced at £3.10 for a single was easy enough to knock up. Using a smoothy bottle I followed the instructions of adding 300ml water to the sachet then topped up with 200ml water making an half litre drink. This drink can be used alongside those working out or for those convalescing or those simply looking for a go to energy drink for the day without any caffeine. I came down with a nasty flu like bug last week and it's refusing to budge. It's been severely affecting my energy level, so I gave this a go and have to say it gave me an important boost to my energy which allowed me to function a bit more normally lol. I'm a little surprised that the writing though on the back of the sachet, such as the ingredients list are very hard to read. The sachet came with a best before date of just under a year and I'm assuming a batch number under the date stamp. Flavour wise, I wasn't all that impressed with the blackcurrant, but then my sense of smell and taste was affected with the flu. The mixed drink occasionally needs another shake as it leaves residual powder bits all over the inside of the bottle. The drink mixes into a clear drink. It did a very good job at giving me a boost when I really needed it and can recommend. Might try the lemon and lime as this is more my type of flavour.

Used this on an all day event and had lots of energy. I cycled for a whole day and it provided the necessary energy.

Unlike most energy powders, this tastes great and also does a great job of keeping you fuelled on a ride. Not overly sweet either which makes a change.
