I bought this Mother of Pearl jewelry box for my college aged daughter's birthday. I was looking for a unique gift. I really wanted something she could keep and pass down to her children. This jewelry box is beautiful and I was so pleased with the package and presentation of it. The box is sturdy and solid. The colors are amazing and its absolutely gorgeous. She instantly fell in love with it. I'm so happy I made that purchase. It would also make a wonderful holiday or anniversary gift.

I needed something to safely hold the jewelry I wear every day after taking it off without tossing valuable items in a glass dish or on my dresser. This jewelry box is not only the perfect size for what I needed, but its beautiful too. Very eye-catching on my dresser. Love the rich mahogany red color too. The size is small, but fits about 6 rings and 4 bracelets easily. Also, my order shipped quickly and arrived safe and sound. This would make a wonderful gift for someone as well, especially if they love butterflies.

I was looking for something for my mother for Xmas and I'm a super early shopper. I saw this for a great price and got it because it had a gorgeous design that would go with anything my mom puts it next to. My mom LOVES butterflies and I couldn't pass this item up! It's not yet Xmas (it's actually August right now) so there is a ways away before she actually sees this gift, but I know she's going to treasure it. It's a tad on the small side for jewelry boxes, but that's what I was looking for. My mom wants to "downsize" so this will be perfect for what she'll use it for. I have no complaints and tons of complements for how beautiful this looks. The hinges look fine, but I'm not expert. Everything was level and working fine so I put it back in the box before I bought myself one before giving my mom hers! I might buy another one later for myself, just because it's so pretty and could make a nice knickknack without holding jewelry. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to see the look on my mom's face! She's going to LOVE THIS!
