I thought I’d leave a review to help others who like understanding what they’re putting inside their body, as I do. I have been taking this product for the last year and I’m so glad I’ve found it on Amazon now – definitely one for automatic reorder! I take two 1000mg capsules each day (small and easy to swallow with water.) I find it beneficial for my arthritis and general wellbeing. My skin has also improved, it’s less dry and clearer than it ever used to be. I searched for months for a non-chemically extracted fish oil made from one fish. I read the articles online about large companies inserting rancid (rotten yellow) fish oils into capsules, and thoroughly researched our bodily needs for omega 3 6 9. I was drawn to this product as salmon is renowned for being the most balanced and nutritious fish available, Hofseth BioCare have managed to extract their oil without chemicals or extreme heat, which helps retain more of the natural benefits of the fish. In fact, there are seven times more fatty acids within this supplement than most others. The reason we are advised to take omega 3 fish oil is because most people in the world do not eat enough fish, so we replace the fatty acids with omega supplements. There is no point in consuming excessive amounts of just DHA or EPA – instead, consume what your body needs, in a balanced way. The 21 omegas within these softgels are better than the three you get from others. Taste is potent and high strength - not as good as others but would consider using again - easy to use but definitely strong smell - size is ok and good price for the product

No fishy aftertaste. Easy to swallow capsule. Reasonable price . I haven’t yet noticed any major differences but I am taking this to benefit my heart and joints and skin as I get older.

These capsuals a quite big so maybe difficult for some to swallow however I split them and put the oil into my food wich mixes well. There is no after taste and doesn't cause burping. Its a bit early to notice the health benefits so far but will update at a later date.

This is genuinely a lovely supplement. They should take the words “high strength”out of their packaging. No burping, no weird taste, and I did feel a difference in my eyes …But as much as I like it, the omega-3 levels are a bit low for what I personally need. I’m looking for something with a higher EPA/DHA dose because I’m working on hair growth and hormones. Still a really good product — just wish it was a bit stronger! In order to get more of the recommended allowance, I’m taking four of these in the morning and four in the evening three days hopefully I’m not looking for a magic pill but we prefer something stronger that I only need to take once or twice a day
