I recently purchased the Elica 4 Burner Gas Stove with Auto Ignition, and I must say it has truly exceeded my expectations! The stove not only looks premium with its sleek glass top design but also performs exceptionally well. The auto ignition feature works smoothly as of now. I will write the detailed product review after using it for 2-3 months. What impressed me even more was the excellent installation service provided by Mr. Javed Shaikh. He was extremely professional, punctual, and polite. He explained the product features in detail, ensured proper fitting and safety checks, and left the kitchen area spotless after installation. His expertise and courteous behavior made the entire experience absolutely hassle-free. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the Elica product quality and the installation service.

The item was fine till the warranty lasted for one year, then slowly the flame decreased in the big burners, giving rise to the cooking issues, next the auto ignition was gone, even after replacing the battery, it was of no use... when contacted with the elica customer care personnel, they told that a motor has to be replaced then only the autoignition will function.. it costs nearly ₹1500, the technician visit costed me nearly ₹500, now we are planning to dispose it for a second hand or exchange with a new and less coster one... the technician was not able to diagnose the issue for low flame.

Product is Good

Installation is good and the Mr. Murali has done a good work and very receprive in clarifying our doubts. The product is very slim and looks good, only problem is auro ignition is working slowly. So Elica service can improve ur RND team can a keep an eye to look out the auro ignition problems to resolve in future.
