Not the cheapest 'automatic soap dispenser' but seemed well reviewed and I quite liked the design.Having used it for a couple of months, I genuinely can't think of a fault with it. It's certainly way way better than my previous "Dettol" one which was an endless annoyance and was clearly created as cheaply as possible, to shift their proprietary 'soap cartridges'Why I like it:1) It seems really well made. All the parts are perfectly moulded, no sharp edges, good heft, everything clips together beautifully - and nothing feels like it might break. Came well boxed. I know this should be a given, but I've bought enough commodity, re-badged Chinese stuff that looks good in a picture..2) Looks good. Obviously subjective, and maybe not a fit for your cottage-style painted-tile bathroom - but feels like somebody put some care into making it look interesting, but unobtrusive.3) The design/function. Where it shines. I keep noticing things that are pleasing.Batteries go into a little tray, that you then push up into the mechanism under the bottle. Means they're well away from the soap/water, and you don't have some ugly battery flap.Soap bottle snaps out easily, is decent size, shows the remaining level and has a nice wide re-fill hole.Dispensing nozzle extends out over the footprint - so if you put it on the edge of the sink, any drip falls into the sink, not down the front of it (it doesn't drip, but *if* it did, you'd be covered - maybe with runnier soap?).Soap adjustment on the back - hadn't been on my wish list, or even entered my mind - but now I've got it want it for any other dispenser I might buy. Got it set for just a little bit in the bathroom, but a healthy cleansing de-greasing shot over my kitchen sink.Power button on the top. Again, not something I was looking for, and initially thought it spoilt the lines. No, the designer knew what they were doing. I remember my old one squirting out when I was say trying to clean the sink, not wash my hands. No more. Tap it off, clean sink, tap it back on.Written way more than I meant to about a soap dispenser - but it's really rather excellent. Not too expensive and just a really satisfying 'thing'

I bought 3 to use for various liquids in shower nook. It dispenses fine each time but not a huge amount, even with the option to increase volume buttons on back. Just means for me I need to dispense twice. Still better than fiddling with lids each time! Easy to set up. Check length of product fits space ok. I gave it 4 stars just because of the lack of volume. Nice modern shape.

As many many other negative reviews say...DOES NOT WORK.I have put 2 sets of new batteries in, neither work.Light comes on to say it is switched on.Followed instruction regarding passing your hand several times across sensor the first time of use...Forget it, that's a waste of time also.This machine is like the proverbial Dodo....NO LIFE IN IT.Read other reviews, especially the negative ones, then purchase another make.

This is the best hand wash dispenser I have checked online.I liked the design & color which match my bathroom theme. It looked like a penguin and black doesn't look dirty that easily.I am able to control my usage without having to be concern that dirty hands would have touched the dispenser.

We wanted an automatic dispenser for our kitchen as we felt it would be more hygienic than a traditional pump dispenser, particularly during cooking. After reading other reviews and watching some of the clips we decided to take the plunge and order this one. It arrived quickly and has worked brilliantly from the start. The sensor is good enough to detect your hands when you need it to, but not so sensitive it sets itself off if you don't, for example if you need to hold the base to move it on your counter or sink. The batteries seem to last well and as other reviewers have said, it seems to handle most types of liquid hand soap or wash. The on off function is also handy as is the adjustable dispensing time through the use of a button if the back. However, we've found the shortest setting perfectly adequate but it might depend on the consistency of the soap or hand wash you use. Finally, the small grey mat which comes with the dispenser is also really useful in catching any drips of soap. I think it's important to add that we haven't had any issues with the soap dispenser dripping randomly, but occasionally there will be a small drip after it dispenses, which we think is perfectly normal with liquid soap. Overall, we've been really pleased with the product and genuinely feel that the other really positive reviews for the product are well deserved.
