Yes, like others said, click on replacement parts, there's a place holder for $4.86. When you select that, they ask for the number on the bottom of the cup, so they know which ones to give you. They sent me three for that price, free shipping. It was well worth it. My kid loves these cups, but also chews through them.

Q: The cup smells like spoiled milk, even though we clean it well. Can I boil it to get the smell out?

Soaking in baking soda, water and a couple drops of dawn gets the milk smell out.

Q: Does it keep the liquid cold

No it’s not a thermal cup. Thermal cups would be a better search if your looking for one that will keep it cold. This brand also Carries them :)
